Lesley Howard is the National Homelessness Lead with Change Grow Live and she supports our specialist services who deliver on street interventions with people experiencing homelessness.

She has worked in homelessness services for over thirty years, spending almost half of that time managing an outreach service and seeing first-hand the devastating effects rough sleeping can have on someone experiencing it.

She is a member of the Trauma Informed Steering Group in Leeds as she feels passionate about delivering trauma informed interventions to prevent and responding to rough sleeping.

She is a member of the National Advisory Council with Homeless Link and enjoys connecting with people who are passionate about ending homelessness.
